You get a written assessment and a realistic transition plan you can act on, including “don't build this” if that's what the research says.

Your riskiest technical assumption, actually working in code. Clickable UI, findings writeup. This proves the riskiest step of the plan before real money is committed to a full build.
Prototype Sprint
This is what I do. A working prototype built against acceptance criteria we agree on up front, with an early checkpoint so we can kill the project gracefully if the direction shifts, and my full toolkit behind it. I love building prototypes. It shows.
